- If the software does not meet the stated functionalities or is non-functional, customers are eligible for a refund.

- Refunds will not be granted for any change of mind or for issues not directly related to the software's performance.


Cancellation Process: 

- Cancellations are not allowed after the order is completed.

- Once the order is processed and the software is delivered, no cancellations will be accepted.


Refund Amount:

- For eligible refunds based on the conditions mentioned above, a full or partial refund will be provided.


Timeline for Refunds:

- Refunds will be processed within 5 working days from the date of approval of the refund request.
